I no longer can find the Instagram & Tiktok feed on the strorefront. What can I do?
    Here are several possible reasons:
  1. App status: Check the activation status of the application in the Embed app, it might be deactivated. In this case, please activate the app.
  2. Widget status: Check the activation status of the widget in the Manage widget, it might be deactivated. To solve this issue, you can activate the widget.
  3. Instagram account is removed: If your Media account (Instagram account) is disconnected from the application, the widget will also get removed and the application can’t display any media content on the storefront. Be sure to stay connect with your Media account.
  4. *NOTE: The deactivation of Media account won’t affect the media content displayed on the storefront, but it will not show the newest content on the Instagram account

It appears that the app is not refreshed. What should I do?
    Here are some actions you can take:
  1. Media account status: Check the activation status of the Media account, if the account is deactivated, the synchronize functions will also cease to work, so the new content on media account will not be updated.
  2. Instagram account is deactivated: If your Media account (Instagram account) is disconnected from the application, the widget will also get removed and the application can’t display any media content on storefront. Hence, be sure to stay connect with your Media account.
Why are my images blank or broken?
First, you can double check the Internet connection, and then try to refresh the page.
Is it possible for me to place the feed on a different page rather than the homepage?

Users can place the feed anywhere by choosing the desired site, click “Add block” and type in the ID of the widget (Feed). In case the app is not shown up in the page you desire, please contact us for further support.

How do I display multiple feeds from different instagram accounts?
With the current version, the app allows customers to connect to maximum of two social accounts. And customers are able to generate up to 2 widgets. Feeds created from widgets are displayed unlimited on the storefront. What’s more, users can Add Feed to any desired section.
How to remove Powered by Mageplaza?
On any screen in the app, click the Chat bubble button to chat with us, then you can make requests to remove the “Powered by Mageplaza” brand, we will support you further.
Which types of permissions does the app require?
Our Instagram & Tiktok Feed App requires the read and write permission to your theme. Also, Instagram requires permissions to access user information (account name) and access to the media.
How I apply the Widget ID?
Each widget has a different ID. User can add multiple different widgets into the page by clicking “Add section” and pasting the ID of the widget they want to add.
When I go to Add block in my theme, there isn't anything listed for MP Instagram & Tiktok app?
If you encounter this problem, please check the app status. It might happened because of an error occurred during the installation process. Try to install the application again after some time.
